3. Who's My Supervisor? + Tutorial #1

Supervisor time! Gonna admit I've been putting off progress on the project, but now I have a supervisor I really have no excuse.  Email from Ian. Decided to do some light online searching of David out of curiosity.  It's probably not this guy probably also not this guy, though having a bioscience lecturer oversee my fyp would be interesting.  Not long after the initial email, David himself messaged me, and arranged for a tutorial on Tuesday. Decided to include everything in one blog post since this is quite short.  Tutorial #1 notes (19/2/19) Explanation: Met up with David, and took some time to explain to him what my project is about (and installation where users interact with a heart to hear audio clips). He suggested the idea of filling the heart with fluid, and hooking it up to tubes connected to syringes. 2. Received feedback

Feedback has finally arrived! a week late but better than never. Genuine surprise at having gotten a 75 (expected 65 ish) but hey I'm not gonna turn down a good grade.  1. "more investigation into the themes of memory and evocation of emotions" - I totally get that. I'm planning on backing up my work with research, hopefully soon ish. I'm not sure if I'll just add it to the blog that I've researched it, or if I need to work it into my artefact somehow. 2. "style/aesthetic/textural considerations" - does Michael mean textual? I agree that I really need to further develop the prototype to get it to the stage of completion I want. Everything is very fingers crossed right now. 3. "further prototyping and aesthetic considerations needed" - hmmkay. At least I have sign off, so I can get right into work soon. No idea who my supervisor is yet. I'm unfamiliar with the staff members at UH so I don't even know who to hope for. J...
